How do you ship bulky plush pillows without damaging them? Plush pillows take up a lot of space! To ensure safe and efficient travel, every Elvarosse pillow is carefully sealed in a sterile, dust-proof protective bag and vacuum-compressed into a compact package. This shields your item from outside moisture during transit. Once unboxed, your pillow will magically expand and fluff up to its full, gorgeous size within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your comfort haul straight to your doorstep.

Unboxing, Features & Plush Care

How do I speed up the fluffing process after unboxing my vacuum-packed pillow? When you first open your vacuum-sealed Elvarosse pillow, it may appear flat or slightly wrinkled due to transit compression. Don't worry! Simply massage and knead the pillow thoroughly for a few minutes to break up the compressed fibers, then let it rest in a well-ventilated room. Pro-tip: You can also toss it into the clothes dryer on a "Low Heat" or "Air Fluff" cycle for 10-15 minutes to instantly unlock its maximum, cloud-like bounce.

Are Elvarosse plush pillows machine-washable? Yes! To make maintenance completely stress-free, most of our designs come with a hidden zipper. Simply unzip the case, remove the inner cotton filling pouch, and machine wash the outer plush cover inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to maintain the buttery-soft texture.

What is your return policy? We want you to sink into your pillows with complete joy! Due to strict personal hygiene, health, and bedding safety regulations, we accept returns only on completely unused, un-snuggled, and unwashed items in their original, pristine condition and factory-sealed vacuum packaging with all tags fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
